SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. What is the delivery time?

 All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 working days upon received of order and payment. You will be able to receive your order within 10 working days or 10 days upon payment.

2. How will I know if the order is being shipped out?
Our customer service will send you an email or SMS to notify you that the order is shipped out with providing the tracking number.

3. Who is the courier service?
We ship all orders through various courier companies depending on your area and state.

4. Does NutriBio deliver to restricted zones and PO boxes?
We are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as camps, ports and airports.

5. Delivery outside of Malaysia.
We only ship within Malaysia.

6. How can I track my delivery status?
Track order, enter your “tracking number” to start tracking your order.

7. What should I do if I received the wrong delivery.
Please contact us and specify your order number, item order, item received. We will exchange the items to the correct ones.
