REFUND POLICY

1. What should I do if I want to cancel the order for a refund.

For refunds, please first send an email to sales@bionutri.care with your order number, proof of purchase and reason for refund before returning your order or, you may speak to our customer service at, 603-9082 3918 for more info. Our phone lines are open at these times. 

Monday-Friday: 10:00am-7:00pm 

Saturday, Sunday & public holidays: Closed

2. What is the waiting duration for me to know if the request is approved?

The management will take 7 working days to review the request. An email will be sent to you to inform you whether the request is approved or not approved.

3. When should I post back the product?

Once the request is approved, you will be informed to return the product. You can post back to the following address:

4. How long does it take for the refund amount to be credited back to me?

Upon receiving the returned product, it will take 7 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account. An email or SMS will be sent to you once the refund is initiated.

5. Is the postage fees incurred during the return claimable from NutriBio?

Any postage fee incurred during the return will be under the expenses of the customer unless under special circumstances are approved by the management. 


Return and Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customer. If for any reason that you are unsatisfied with the product and would like to exchange, the product(s) must be new and unopened normal priced item and request is made within 7 days from the delivery date.

2. Can I exchange for a different product or it must be the same product?

Exchange is allowed for the product(s) that is priced higher than the initial purchase. Any exchange for product(s) that is priced lower than the initial purchase will not have a refund on the balance amount.

3. When will the exchange product be delivered to me?

The amount difference will have to be made payable once the request is approved and only then we will proceed to the delivery of the exchanged product(s).

4. When should I post back the product?

Once the request is approved, you will be informed to return the product. You can post back to the following address:

Please notify us with the courier note for the tracking number once you have sent out the product(s) meant for exchange or return.

 We would suggest that you can take a photo of proof that the product(s) is in good condition before sending it back to us and notify us as well to avoid misunderstanding in case of damages during delivery.
